[Finally born! It was supposed to be a strange person series...] I was working hard for the pottery market, but the feather on my head broke and I couldn't sell it. However, I would like everyone to see it, so I will only post it as a reference! What kind of people should appear in the future? The mystery of strange people only deepens.

季節を彩る5色の銀河。

水色の「春銀河」

青の「夏銀河」

緑の「秋銀河」

白の「冬銀河」

黄色の「睦月銀河」

しかし、同じ釉薬をかけても窯を開けたらまるで違う色。その時の窯、気候、材料などの様々な条件によって異なる表情を見せるため、同じものは二つとありません。

銀河釉の星々は、金属の結晶。

銀河釉の器の中には、無数の星が輝いているように見えます。

これは金属の結晶が、輝いているのです。

釉薬に含まれるさまざまな金属元素が、1250度前後の高温で焼成され、除冷されていく過程で、結晶化していきます。

その結晶は光を乱反射するため、屋内と外の光で見るのでは、また違った輝きに。お酒や水などの液体を入れると、さらに異なる表情をみせます。

電子レンジもオーブンもOK

高温で焼成しているので、割れたり変形することもありません。普段の食器のようにお使いいただいてOK。

たわしでゴシゴシ擦っても大丈夫です。

結晶はガラス層の中にあるものなので、剥がれ落ちたり薄くなったりする心配はありません。

ろくろとたたら作り。

陶芸といえば、きっと皆さんがイメージするのは「ろくろ」。銀河釉の作品もその大半が陶芸家・中尾哲彰の手によって作られたものです。

しかし、食器の中には「たたら」で作られているものも。これは、薄く伸ばした土を切って作る技法です。例えば、この写真の上のカップはろくろで、下のお皿はたたら。どちらも手作りのため微妙にサイズやカーブ具合のズレがあります。
